Neil Shipley, Principal / Chief Operations & Financial Officer
Neil Shipley is an original partner of DOXA and now Chief Operating & Financial Officer of DOXA / VANTAGE. He is a 20+ year veteran of the design/marketing community in Northwest Arkansas. His primary roles include oversight of the company’s operational, financial, legal, HR and property management activities. In addition, he serves as the primary contact on several of the firm’s major accounts, and is a trusted resource on traditional and local media.
Neil grew up in Fayetteville and graduated from Tulane University in 1989. He is highly active in the community with a particular passion for youth services and nonprofit organizations, he has recently served on the boards of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club of Fayetteville, the Ozark Society Foundation, and the Arkansas Community Foundation’s Fayetteville Area Affiliate. He is a lifelong member of Central United Methodist Church.
On the personal side, Neil and his wife Sally have two grown children and a beloved dachshund named Mae. He enjoys the historical perspective, making connections, peddling his adventure bike, supporting his favorite sports teams, recreating in Buffalo River country, good music, dabbling in real estate, and keeping up with his many friends.
